The first national Property Educator Summit has been hailed as an overwhelming success.
Property educators across the country gathered at the Biltmore Hotel in London to collaborate and shape the future of property education.
The summit facilitated by the Property Investors Bureau enabled attendees to participate in high-end workshops that offered invaluable knowledge and strategies for success.
Cyril Thomas, chairman of the Property Investors Bureau, said: “We are delighted with the overwhelming success of the Property Educator Summit.
“The event provided a unique platform for property educators to come together, collaborate, and shape the future of property education.
“The insightful workshops, engaging discussions, and valuable networking opportunities have left a lasting impact on the attendees, enabling them to drive positive change within the industry.”
Highlights of the summit included three high-end industry workshops discussing topics such as AI in the property industry:
Workshop 1: “Discover the Power of Strategic Collaborations: Unlock Your Business Potential” – Presented by Hanif Khan, Angel Investor and Strategy & Partnership Specialist. Participants learned how to forge impactful partnerships, identify potential collaborators, and leverage the power of collaboration for business growth.
Workshop 2: “Discover the Keys to Legally Protecting Yourself and Your Valued Customers!” – Presented by David Smith, Partner in JMW Solicitors LLP | Legal Counsel of NRLA. This workshop delved into the crucial legal aspects of the property investment education sector, equipping educators with the tools to navigate legal challenges and protect their interests.
Workshop 3: “The Future of the Property Investment Industry: Exploring the Metaverse and AI” – Presented by Daniel Colaianni, CEO of AIXR. Attendees explored the transformative potential of the Metaverse and AI in the real estate industry, gaining insights into virtual worlds, immersive experiences, and artificial intelligence applications.
Other attendees at the summit praised the high standards of the event.
Vicki Wusche, from Wusche Associates Ltd, said: “The Property Educator Summit organised by the Property Investors Bureau attracted experienced and professional property educators from across the country, giving us an opportunity to agree priorities for a framework for people that are looking for safe ways to learn about property.

Simon Zutshi, founder and CEO of Property Investors Network added that he will be attending the next summit.

The Property Educators Bureau will continue to support and empower property educators through their accreditation scheme, promoting high standards of education and professionalism within the industry.
