What Renters Reform Bill? It’s gone.

Accepting pets or not will be the least of the landlords’ worries after the election.

Not if a couple of Alsatians run riot and i am not referring to Stammer and Angie babe.
Just state you suffer from cynophobia or are allergic to pets so can not even inspect the property and it would also put future tenants at risk.If its a block of flats have they considered what other residents may want.
