What a pity but fully understandable and goes to show (as we have been suggesting for sometime ) most of us are not sophisticated investors rather people who have tried to provide for our retirements (as NO government of any colour has yet done) and THEN been shot in the back by successive governments when we did!. As you can probably guess I'm not impressed by pension provisions of any government.

I have received a reply from my MP, Barry Gardiner. He explains that as a front bench shadow spokesman he cannot sign the EDM. However he offers support and has written to the treasury stating:
"My constituents are concerned that lenders have deliberately targeted borrowers where consumer protection law is ambiguous and raised rates in order to increase margins.
I would be grateful if you could clarify your departments position on this matter and confirm the Financial Conduct Authority, or other agency, will undertake an investigation."
He will write to me again when he receives a reply.

RE: WBBS Brochure.. Unbelievable, how they describe their tracker mortgage is just brazen.... it is everything we are fighting against.... if we don't stop this, the next generation of borrowers are going to fall for this mis-selling.

I googled this " what are 90 minute debates house of commons" and what was the 6th item on google "23rd January 2014 - Early Day Motion 976 - House of Commons" which when clicked leads to a main 118 page not that this will help us much but still interesting
