I've had a few £4000 wet rooms done for disable tenants. One on 20 year old bathroom fine. And we gonna' use the wetroom, albeit new tiles etc. when 72 year old disabled woman goes.
And another few months after I'd just spent £1500 on new bathroom AAAhhhh.
But yes take these grants when u can. Keeps tenant there longer if that's what u want.
