Thank you to Simple Landlords for putting together this excellent video and also to all of the ladies who participated in it.

For many Property118 Readers, this will be the first time you get to see one of our best campaigners ever, Dr Rosalind Beck.

When the first very short video finishes there are others about ladies in the rental property business and they are well worth watching.

We very much look forward to reading your comments.

Brilliant, love it.

I din't know that women are more inclined to rent out to HB tenants.

But if so, great to hear it coming from the non male sex, that Landlords are shying away from HB going forwards.
Which echos my views, Mr HB expert, who use to LOVE HB tenants, am now going forwards away from HB-With this dreaded pathetic UC with kids answering the phone not got a clue about mortgages got to be paid, tenants getting more rent money they've already spent etc. etc.

Did I just have a rant then? Oopps sorry..........

Just remember landlords - you may well be in breach of any mortgage and insurance terms. You maybe also find yourself legally liable for the actions of your tenant who is subletting. Oh and you may inherit a tenant you can’t evict.
