Yorkshire Building Society apply to put a restraining order on a customer. The customer as been refused a face to face meeting after (9) years of asking.

The evidence he has is bigger than (PPI) and the Lender knows how dangerous his knowledge is.

The customer has found the CEOs home address and said if he is not given the opportunity at the head office to visit and show the truth he will go to the (CEO) Mike Regniers House for a cup of tea and a chat.

Mike Regnier ex Lloyd’s Banker? Interesting
They can run but they cannot hide.

What are they afraid of?

I suspect that nobody has a clue what you're talking about.

No idea what you are talking about.
Whatever you've paid £120k for, it's almost certainly money down the drain.

in between 2008 -2009 more Landlords than any other year had properties repossessed , it came to light shortly after that ,that what was stated on some of the repossessed Accounts was not true.

Because of this Clause :
“ at the end of the year any unpaid interest outstanding will be added to the mortgage debt and interest will be charged on the unpaid interest “

This my friends is unilateral Capitalisation it was found to be so serious it was banned by the ( FSA) quietly in june (2010)

This means that if you were repossessed you were repossessed fraudulently.

“ Criminal Fraud” 2006 Fraud Act

This is why the Lender refuses to meet with me, I know to much , I had a 15m portfolio.
I am not as suggested an idiot I simply want the Lender to meet me is that wrong!

I am a guy who as been “ shit on for long enough” I know my stuff backed by (NIFA).

To be pro- active is the only route when you have spent £1000s the system is corrupt.

I have had over 300 mortgages.

So please be nice.

This case / blog is probably more prevalent to people who have been repossessed.

This has nothing to do with The Landlords Alliance, as far as I can tell and wondered why you put the two together...?

Yes Luke !

The Lender Chelsea was in 2008-2009 folding it could not get monies it was basically hitting bankruptcy.
However the intervening ( CEO) suggested hitting the insurance claims (HLC) unfortunately it got a bit gready and started to fabricated documents when ( CBS) was to merge with (YBS).

Hence people like me were left bewildered.
