Mark Alexander– is a serial entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in property, finance tax and law and first became a landlord in June 1989.  He is the founder of Property118.com, a website, forum and Google Accredited Newsfeed which hosts over 11 million user sessions per annum and is free to subscribe to.

In 1990 he created a Commercial Finance Brokerage from his spare bedroom. By 2008 The Money Centre (UK) Plc. had a team of over 300 people and was ranked #38 in the Sunday Times Profit Track 100. He wound down that business in 2009 as a result of the credit crunch and despite not having traded for over 11 years it still has a balance sheet value of over £3,000,000.

In 1992 Mark became a founder of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers. He received a prestigious award for his unpaid work in regards to professionalising and protecting the integrity of the Commercial Finance sector 25 years later.

Mark Alexander also won the hearts and mind of all landlords when he lead the largest Direct Public Access class action litigation case in the UK to date. This was an entirely philanthropic project, where Mark raised over £600,000 in crowdfunding to fight the case against the West Brom Mortgage Company. He won his case after a legal battle which lasted over two years. £27,500,000 over overpaid mortgage interest was refunded (plus compensation) and 100% of legal costs were awarded. This resulted in all those who had committed to the crowdfunding being refunded in full. The case also created case preventing lenders to be able to call in long term performing mortgages with just 30 days notice, unless the loans are in default.

In 2015 Mark Alexander became a prolific campaigner against George Osborne’s legislation restricting finance cost relief to the basic rate of tax for private landlords. Since then, he has been working closely with Cotswold Barristers and has built a prolific tax consultancy business to help landlords to identify, implement or transition into the optimal ownership structure.

John Corey – John has 30+ years of experience with creative finance as it applies to real estate. He has experience of property transactions in 4 countries and a portfolio that extends across 11 time zones. John started his IT career in Silicon Valley and work directly for Steve Jobs. While in Silicon Valley, he started property investing before John moved to London to work at the investment bank, Swiss Bank Corp (UBS). John is expert at Capital raising for property transactions. Conventional and creative financing techniques for funding your property deals or for the purchase of the home you want to move into now.

Daniel Hill – another successful award winning entrepreneur, investor and Chairman of Pulse Trading Group, a Multi-Million pound consortium of 20 privately owned businesses both in the UK and overseas.
