Really looking forward to this event. It is packed with loads of great content and valuable info, as well as many property industry insights. 🙂

We also have someone whom I consider to be 'Property's Best Kept Secret' coming to speak and be in attendance throughout the day. He has 30+ practical experience in this industry in sourcing both property and land, development and reconfiguration to maximise profit as well as a wealth of knowledge on many other property-related subjects.

Hi Hazel

I can see that at the time of writing this email that 582 people have read this article and that 384 people have clicked through for more details. That's a phenominal conversion rate! 🙂

I suspect the conversion rate at your end (i.e. bookings) could be increased significantly though.

By the time people click through to your landing page they have probably already made an in-principle decision to attend, subject only to the knowing the date, price and venue. This information should be at the top of your page, immediately followed with an option to book. I think this could massively increase your booking rate. This is because your landing page is very long and the information key information is buried too deep in the detail. Just my opinion, if you are entirely happy with the conversion rate by all means ignore my suggestions 🙂

By all means leave the rest of the content below that, it's good stuff and some people do take a lot more convincing than others. I'd just book it and probably wouldn't bother to read all the detail before doing so 🙂

Good tip - thanks! I have changed the page to let people know straight away so that they can make an easier decision. 🙂

It's going to be a great event - our last one sold out and the feedback was terrific. It seems that people are enjoying our fresh take on things, giving down-to-earth and practical guidance in a world so filled with 'hype'.
