Mortgage Express transfer to Rosinca Mortgages – anyone else?

Mortgage Express transfer to Rosinca Mortgages – anyone else?

My wife and I have just had a letter from Mortgage Express to say that our 11 Buy to Let loans are being transferred this month to Rosinca Mortgages a trading name of Topaz Finance ltd.

Our loans are on the beloved tracker rate. The letter states that the existing terms and conditions will not change.

Our LTV is sitting just below 60%, perhaps this is the level they can get to offload the loans ?

Anyone else had this letter yet?

Many thanks

Darrell

In that case I suggest you call them to ask whether your mortgages have moved and if not why not

I believe so, but I don’t know for certain. I’m very interested to know what they tell you.

Having read this thread through this morning and from my own personal experience, those mortgages that were originally GMAC do not yet appear to have been sold off. Is there any update on the post by EBG a few months ago about the land registry dates of Topaz Finance LTd.?

Hi Mark,

Did you ever find out whether there were some loans that stayed with Mortgage Express.

The reason I ask is that I'm a (unpaid) Director of management company for 18 flats and trying to chase unpaid service charges.

I've written to Jasper and Rosinca and they say they don't recognise the loan.

I spoke with me portfolio manager and she told me all ours where still with Mx and UKAR but the plan is to sell all of the book off in chunks. She also said that it won’t make any difference to us anyway as it all stays the same

Yes I believe some loans stayed with Mortgage Express but I have been unable to get to the bottom of why these were not transferred yet.

Thanks both. I'll give Mortgage Express a try.

By the way my mortgage transferred to Rosinca and I'm finding it impossible to get an answer to a simple question.

I've just written to the CE at Topaz to complain.
