The soft launch of the Property118.com Business Directory is coming soon and we’re looking for businesses offering services to landlords to help us with our final tests.

As a result of volunteering you will obviously be one of the first businesses listed in the Directory.  Your comments will also be search engine optimised, thus enhancing your internet presence.  Additionally, we will choose one business to receive a free Gold Business Membership for one year based on the number of thumbs up approvals on your comment and the feedback that makes the grumpiest man in the office smile the most.  All comments will be moderated.

Initial tests have been incredibly successful and resulted in glowing testimonials from the businesses we worked with. However, we now need to run far more robust tests of our Automated Registration Wizard which we are hoping to begin testing by the end of July.

If you are interested in getting involved please comment below. By all means add business name, email address, details of service and contact details and get yourself some immediate exposure on the web-site. All we really need though is for you to leave a short comment and your business name.

We are keen to work with all types of businesses that provide a service to landlords including; letting agents, solicitors, accountants, trades, insurance brokers, mortgage brokers, IFA’s, property sourcing companies and tenant referencing businesses.

As a long time landlord myself I have two services which I believe would be of interest to others.

We've hit a bit of a technical snag and the soft launch has been put back to the end of the month. We also need a lot more testers before we begin a full on marketing launch. Can you help us to find some more please? Who do you know who might want a Directory listing or a shameless plug right here? If possible, please share this article via Facebook, Twitter and email with other businesses. Shameless plugs are very welcome. The more businesses that list with us the more traffic we will have and that benefits everybody as every landlord needs more than just one service provider.

Hi there Mark,

We'd be very pleased to be associated with Property118.

Cocoon specialise in refurbishment works particularly to period property in and around the South East.

Another arm, of specific use to landlords, is our anti-condensation and mould control systems, known as Cocoon Air, that work without the need of the tenant's involvement, assuring owners their property is protected from occupant's behaviour re washing, laundry cooking etc. Our systems negate the need for tenants to open widows to alleviate condensation as they automatically self-adjust to deal with excessive moisture.

Good luck with the new platform Mark; I'm sure it's going to do very well.
