Today is a new beginning, today I am launching my daily video blog about being a private rented sector landlord. I will be sharing my story here on Property118.com and via social media including You Tube, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Property Tribes and hopefully several other social media platform that will grab the You Tube embed code and include my video blogs on their forums and websites.

In these video’s you will see a side to me that you’ve never seen before.

I bet you didn’t know I am a Trekkie did you?

Please feel free to comment and to share.

Live long and prosper!

What a very timely response. Somebody just asked that very question over on Property Tribes - see http://propertytribes.ning.com/forum/topics/landlords-log-an-introduction-to-my-daily-video-blog?commentId=2886658%3AComment%3A358312&xg_source=msg_com_forum

Who is a very clever boy then?

Please ask your Tekkies why I cannot hear your second and third vidoes. I have opened them on Property Tribes and my speakers are on full but I just cannot hear what you are saying. I had no problem with the first one that I opened on here?

I have heard it now on Youtube and posted this comment
I agree Mark. The only way to improve any service is to increase supply and therefore choice for the customer. When customers/tenants have choices they will drive up standards. Landlords are in business, just as supermarkets are in business, if a business does not make a profit it fails. If landlords fail the supply will decrease and tenants will be forced to live in anything that they can find.

If SHELTER have a genuine desire to reduce homelessness they need to support good landlords.
