If Landlord Farts, Burps or Snores, property should be repossessed?

My friend and I had a meeting yesterday, both of us have been landlords for around 20 years. We exchanged our grievances of current government policies against landlords. In particular, my friend suggested that, he is concerned that, if Shelter or any other organisation suggested to government that any landlord caught farting, burping or snoring should have their properties repossessed.

My friend bets his bottom dollar that, government will go through a normal consultation process with preconceived idea and eventually it will pass through parliament and will receive “Royal Ascent”.

We are so worried about this notion that, we are contemplating selling all our properties.

Moral? Government seems to be passing as Law each and everything put before them.

David, I thought they had to return at night to be considered wives? During day, I thought they would be mistresses?

95 "thumbs up's" (at the last count).

Surely a P118 record - no? 🙂

Certainly a record for me, and I thought that few appreciated my dry sense of humour.

I am very concerned at this potential new policy. Will it also apply to landlords new husbands?
