In this video I’m interviewing HMO Landlord and LHA expert Robin Pilley about his strategy for 2012 and beyond. Robin has featured in two of my previous video’s which have proven to be very popular, especially the one entitled “Landlord Defeats Council”. Since recording this video Robin’s co-Director Elaine Grubb has won a prestigious award from the NLA (National Landlords Association) in their Property Women of the Year Awards.

Hi Robin/Mark

Excellent video and so great to see someone being positive about HMOs. I've had problems with mortgage companies seeing the benefits of HMOs and reluctant to lend on them - can Robin tell me if there are any mortgages designed for this market? Lenders don't seem to understand that, even if one room isn't paying, the rest are so can cover the repayments.

Hats off to Robin for wanting to manage HMOs on behalf of investors - I think they're a great investment but would want nothing short of gold to manage them for someone else!!

Thanks for bringing this honest, up front video to us - good to see get a view on Robin's strategy.

Hi Serena

Please try the Muliple Messaging Service in our Directiory to contact up to six mortgage brokers in your area to ask this question. One message can go to all six brokers and they will all call you! Doesn't cost you a penny. How cool is that?
