It has just occurred to me that a page dedicated to buy to let mortgage advice could be very useful, both to landlords and mortgage brokers. Landlords could leave question here and mortgage brokers could come here to answer them and leave their contact details.

Free advice for landlords and the possibility of getting extra business for they brokers – I think that’s what’s called a win/win.

The brokers could also post details of the latest loan innovative structures (e.g. refurbishment mortgages) and case studies too.

Feel free to post questions or invite your recommended broker to comment here to answer questions or simply to introduce themselves if none have been posted yet. I’m sure that all brokers would be very grateful for the opportunity of a bit of free publicity so you’d definitely be doing your brokers a favour by inviting them.

You are absolutely correct and it would also be an opportuinty for you to get mortgage lenders advertising with you on the basis that LL eyes will be driven to a dedicated mortgage query/dicussion page.

Also I do remember on the motleyfool website which is not so good now used to have actual company representatives monitoring queries etc and replying and also dealing with issues sometimes directly
An idea to suggest to lenders to have their reps to monitor your proposed mortgage page.
