Obviously the tenants aren't lazy b's who have always had mum and dad or the landlord to change their lightbulbs and unblock their kitchen wastes for them.

Theresa May has apparently said today that she is shifting economic policy so that the low-paid will be prioritised. The Joseph Rowntree Foundation has also stated that 78,000 'social homes' are needed urgently. As it is the PRS which has stepped up to cater for this category of tenant since the selling off of publicly-owned housing and as it is the low-paid and/or those on benefits who are going to be most hit by Section 24, we need to get this message across to her that this is another reason why s24 needs to be urgently scrapped before the shortfall in 'social housing' in the PRS begins to increase as tenants are evicted.

It's already too late, the evictions have started.

"The Mail on Sunday also reported the insider as claiming that the only ‘stand-out’ proposal from Mr Hammond will be a £5billion boost for road and rail infrastructure projects."
