Hi

I am going through the same thing. You need to wait till 14 days/Expiry date. Then do a form N325 request for warrant of possession of land

Thanks Eden. I believe County Courts are taking around 4-6 weeks before they send Bailiffs. High Court Enforcement officers are usually quicker but the costs involved coupled with the fact the time it takes to transfer makes an unviable proposition.

BTW is the fee, £110? as I could not find this information.

Hi
I applied on 31st May N325 with fees ,delivered it to court, they sent me a bailiff risk assessment questionnaire on 8th June. I sent it back and am now waiting to hear on the date. So yes depending how busy the bailiffs are.

Simon, I understand that this Risk questionnaire is something new. May be when you go to deliver the N325, ask them if you can fill this form(risk) at the same time.If they allow you it will save you 1 week and a bit.

Hi Eden and Simon,
are we still talking about Landlords' reaction to Summer Budget? I am a bit lost in your conversation. Thank you.

Hey, everyone.
Wakey wakey!
Can't you see the significance of this judgement? Maybe it should be drawn to the attention of the Treasury - they may decide then to back down quick-smart.

Exactly Ros.....this is why I mentioned complaining to the EU some time ago. Not sure how it would work alongside the JR.

Hi Lisa.
Yes, Chris and I were discussing this recently and I know he mentioned it to the lawyers at Omnia. It might muddy the waters possibly, but I think the main issue is that we need a complainant - someone to lead it and have their name on it etc., but with the rest of us supporting that person. I might be wrong though, as I can't completely remember what we thought about it. If Chris is reading this, he can maybe remind me.

On another theme, I was kind of heading for voting OUT next week, but with other crap possibly in the pipeline - eg if Labour or the Tories for that matter, adopted Civitas' outrageous idea of forcing us to sell to our tenants at 35% discount - then we might be wanting to take other cases to the European courts....

Well even if we don't complain to the EU now, it is something we can fall back on maybe? Having said that....hopefully we won't need to, because the JR will obviously find in our favour......
